when i see a movie and i know or suspect where it is going, and it is not going to good places, i find it hard to continue watching it, to continue sustaining the agony of suspicion. today's failed attempts to see the movies at full are : "the golden calf" (1968) - a well-known Soviet times satirical witty comedy, in black and white, after the book by the same name, talking about some opportunistic small time crooks having big plans. (it's my second time - this time i went a bit further, pausing now in the sea-side resort of Chernomorsk), and "the talented mr. ripley" which is actually.. i really admire matt damon and the way he plays this role, and the dark self of philip seymour-hoffman's role - and the roles of others - but i don't have the nerve to continue watching it, once i start suspecting where the whole thing is going.
are those with autism preoccupied with eyes? in drawings, in poems? why do they have big eyes in anime
