if PayPal can't receive my complaint, for whatever reason, showing me first this then that, I'll write it here since I want to write it somewhere.
To explain - I just received this when trying copiously to create a text about closing an account that I just created on PayPal
I should have expected that, shouldn't I? Or would it be "should I have not"?
And the text of my complaint goes like:
Hello, I wish my account to be closed. Anyway, after years of being on edge about PayPal services (because when PayPal asked me to send an ID, it wouldn't accept the national Greek ID card), I have decided to reopen an account because I offered people to pay for the music I share on Bandcamp. The system let me do it. Now I have decided to claim the money, creating an account connected with the email I gave on Bandcamp. To receive an immediate email that after a review my account is being closed permanently because I failed something in the User Agreement. Accompanied by the usual ambiguous links to customer service where I would be able to file a complaint or appeal for something. After trying this and that, I have decided to close the account, if you so wish so. To receive a message that my account cannot be closed. Well, thank you. Thanks for reminding me the merits of this service and of how easily it can get me on edge.
Reason for this:
The final thoughts: there are few things more aggravating than having NOONE to complain to. Surrounded by totally ambiguous texts and pointers to their rights and agreements. And if you find somebody, probably it will be a ChatGPT client, if you are lucky enough.
Ah, doing business.
